Find the description of your organizational unit in the Estimates (or equivalent publication, such as an annual report). For the Government of Canada, these can be found in the Report on Plans and Priorities (RPPs) at http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/hgw-cgf/priorities-priorites/rpp/rpp-1617-eng.asp and for the Government of Ontario, they can be found at Published Plans and Annual Reports https://www.ontario.ca/page/published-plans-and-annual-reports-2016-2017.
Find your organizational unit in the contact directory such as Government Electronic Directory Service (GEDS) or INFO-GO, Government of Ontario Employee and Organization Directory.
Develop a list of 6 people to have coffee with in the next three weeks and find contact numbers.
